commands. It helps you quickly set up and manage subagents tailored to your specific needs. All you need to do is to describe your subagent goal and Claude Code will generate it for you best on built-in understanding and best practices. Usually it is a good idea to start from auto-generated subagent and improve it iteratively.
Slash Commands vs Subagents​

They are designed for more complex and specialized tasks that require maintaining their own context window and using specific tools. This makes them more powerful and flexible.
Slash Commands are simpler and more suited for straightforward tasks/prompts when you want to quickly execute a predefined action without the need for a dedicated context. Slash Commands contribute to main agent context.
