Companions

pi-cost and pi-inspect are pi packages that also run on their own: /cost and /inspect in pi. When they are installed, the board opens them for a session as a tab next to Board, in the board’s color theme.

pi-cost

Cost, tokens, and models per message, session, and project, with actual and estimated spend.

pi install npm:pi-cost

Press $ on a session, click the button in session info, or run /kanban cost in pi.

pi-inspect

The system prompt, tools, slash commands, skills, and context files of a session.

pi install npm:pi-inspect

Press Shift+I on a session, click the button in session info, or run /kanban inspect in pi.

From pi or a shell, open either one with pi-kanban session cost or session inspect.

Packages

Shift+X lists the pi packages the board reads from. Select one with ↑ / ↓ and press Enter to install or update it.

pi-subagents starts named subagent sessions. The board shows them under each parent session.
@juicesharp/rpiv-todo tracks todos. The board shows them as columns.
@juicesharp/rpiv-ask-user-question asks you questions in the pi terminal. The board marks the session as waiting until you answer.
