Keyboard shortcuts
The hub has no visible controls. These keys drive it. They work while focus is inside a tool, because each tool sends them to the hub.
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| Ctrl+Alt+→ | Next tool |
| Ctrl+Alt+← | Previous tool |
| Alt+1 | Kanban |
| Alt+2 | Marketplace |
| Alt+3 | Cost |
| Alt+4 | Memory Diagnoser |
| Ctrl+Alt+P | Open or close the project palette |
| Ctrl+Alt+W | Open or close the config-dir palette |
| Ctrl+Alt+A | Open or close the app launcher |
The Alt+number keys follow the tab order. The table shows the default order. The apps list in the config file changes it, and a tool that is off has no number.
On macOS, use Control+Option for Ctrl+Alt and Option for Alt.
Palettes
Section titled “Palettes”| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| ↓ or Tab | Next row |
| ↑ or Shift+Tab | Previous row |
| Enter | Pick the selected row |
| Ctrl+D | Config-dir palette: remove the selected dir from the list |
| Ctrl+R | App launcher: restart the selected tool |
| Esc | Close the palette |
While a palette is open, the tool keys do nothing, so you can type a path that has digits in it.
The app launcher lists the tools in tab order. When it opens, the tool you used before the current one is selected, so Ctrl+Alt+A then Enter goes back to it. A restart stops the tool’s process and starts it again, then reloads its tab. A Kanban restart ends its embedded terminals, so when terminals are open the launcher asks you to press Ctrl+R a second time.

Section titled “From a Kanban session”Select a session in Kanban, then:
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| $ | Open Cost for the session |
| M | Open Marketplace for the session’s project |
| Ctrl+M | Open Memory Diagnoser for the session’s project |
Keys Kanban keeps

| Ctrl+Alt+R | Resume session |
| Ctrl+Alt+S | Swap to the previous session |
